What\'s Included in a Boiler Service?

A Gas Safe engineer will:

\• Visually inspect the boiler and controls
\• Check the gas pressure and flow rate
\• Check the flue and ventilation
\• Check for gas leaks
\• Test the safety devices
\• Clean key components (burner, heat exchanger)
\• Check the condensate drain
\• Test the radiators and system pressure
\• Issue a service record/certificate

A typical service takes 30–60 minutes. The engineer should explain any issues found and quote for repairs if needed.
